OpenDNS has announced the acquisition of digital marketing company Blackglass Limited from ASX-listed IncentiaPay Limited.
The integration has initiated and will add strong revenue growth, already being achieved and will most likely exceed it in the following months.
Blackglass will help with the online marketing, customer acquisitions and profiling requirements of the RooLife business and will provide access for its, OpenDNA’s, artificial intelligence system.
RooLife provides Australian customers with a quick and easy way to purchase and deliver products from China.
Australian customers can have their products delivered while Chinese customers can pick up their products from within Australia.
Since December 2018 OpenDNS have already built diverse and extensive relationships with some big Australian and Chinese companies including AusDrill, Centurion and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
CEO of OpenDNS Bryan Carr is excited to partner with Blackglass.
“Expanding our business capabilities with an office and people on the ground in Sydney enhances our service offering and provides direct reach to a growing number of customers for our complete range of products and services in both Australian and China,” he said.
