Speaking to HotCopper on this edition of the Watchlist, managing director Nick Rathjen outlined the strategy, which is centred on a capital-light development model using contract mining, crushing and logistics to accelerate production.

The study covers the open-pit mining, crushing, trucking and export of lithium-bearing pegmatite ore, with the company targeting a final investment decision, project commencement and first DSO production by mid-2027.

Rathjen said the DSO model could provide a rapid route to cash generation while keeping upfront capital requirements low.
