Paterson Resources (PSL) has completed geophysics programs at its Grace Project, located in the Paterson Province in WA.

The company recently conducted a gradient array induced polarisation (GAIP) and VTEM helicopter-borne electromagnetic survey data sets, which have now been processed by experienced geophysical consultancy, Resource Potentials.

A detailed data integration, interpretation and drill planning is ongoing, however, Paterson has identified high-quality gold and copper targets across a range of geological and structural settings.

Notably, the targets show similarities to nearby major gold deposits.

Patersons is now planning a drilling program in the second quarter to test each target type and identify the primary source of gold and copper mineralisation within the Grace project.

Importantly, the company has noted it’s well funded to complete an extensive drilling program at the project.

The mining company expects field programs to commence soon, once the weather permits.

The Grace Project is located around 25 kilometres from Newcrest Mining’s (NCM) Telfer Gold Mine.

On the market today, Paterson is up 7.89 per cent and trading at 4.1 cents per share at 12:38 pm AEDT.
