Prairie Lithium (ASX:PL9) has reached a major milestone in its path to first production, with North America’s largest commercial Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) unit now delivered to site in Saskatchewan. The arrival marks the start of installation as the ASX-listed company moves closer to commissioning this year.

The company’s executive director, Zach Maurer, has today joined HotCopper on the Capital Compass to discuss what comes next for Pairie Lithium.

“As we’ve promoted, it’s the largest lithium extractor of its kind in North America,” Mr Maurer said. “It’s truly impressive unit… and it now means we’re in a position where we’re developing one of the highest-grade brines in Canada.”
