Property platform ranks top stock pick

Digital property exchange platform Pexa Group (ASX:PXA) is the ‘Hot Stock’ pick from Dale Gillham and Filip Tortevski in Wealth Within’s Hot Stock Tips show for HotCopper this week.

Mr Gillham and Mr Tortevski discuss a change of momentum with Pexa, with the stock trading at all time low levels.

Pexa has been trading around $12.50.

The ‘Proceed with Caution’ pick this week is wealth adviser Perpetual Ltd (ASX:PPT) which has seen growth over two months.

But Mr Gillham and Mr Tortevski warn it could be ‘a suckers rally’ short of price confirmation.

Perpetual has been trading around $24.75.

The ‘Not Hot’ pick this week is Sayona Mining (ASX:SYA).

They also mention the strongest performers last week including Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD), Perseus Mining (ASX:PRU) and Magellan Financial Group (ASX:MFG).
