Recruitment technology company Schrole Group (SCL) has executed a strategic reseller agreement with UK-based job board, Eteach.

The partnership will expand the company’s international distribution channels and allow Schrole customers to access about two million UK candidates.

The agreement has a term of two years with the option to extend.

It allows schools to pay for individual job advertisements or subscribe to an annual licence for unlimited job adverts, with Schrole receiving a margin of every advertisement sold.

In addition, UK international school customers will be able to promote their vacancies on the Schrole platform to attract UK candidates.

This will enable the company to expand into Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, due to the high prevalence of international schools with UK curriculum.

First sales have commenced in Thailand, with activity expected to accelerate in the next couple of months.

Managing Director Rob Graham said the collaboration fits within its growth strategy.

“Strategic reseller partnerships are a key strategy that Schrole will continue to use to access large pools of potential customers or to add value to existing customer offerings,” he said.

Shares were trading 10 per cent lower at 27 cents each at market close.
