SenSen Networks (SNS) and ATT Systems Group have won a Singapore Government contract valued at approximately $1.24 million.

The contract was awarded to the smart cities solutions provider and ATT to deter illegal parking and preventing congestion on the road.

The contract is titled the ‘Operation and Maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Enforcement Camera System’. This system is implemented at various locations where offending vehicles are captured on camera.

“SenSen has been providing its AI and video analytics expertise in Singapore for many years and we look forward to working with ATT to assist in reducing traffic congestion in the Singapore CBD,” SenSen CEO Subhash Challa said.

ATT is a regional System Integrator who provides a one-stop solution service. It is mainly known for delivering intelligent customised systems for government and commercial clients.

The contract builds upon the company’s existing footprint of 70 enforcement zones which are currently monitored live by SenSen across the Singapore CBD.

While the cameras are positioned on posts and commuter infrastructure, SenSen’s digital video capability does the rest.

Its technology has been trusted for over a decade and has been deployed in Australia, Norway, Denmark, Germany, U.S., Singapore and many other overseas countries.

SenSen will earn a total of A$1.24 million (S$1.15 million) as a Software-as-a-Service revenue over the five year term of the contract.

The order brings the total number of cameras in Singapore running SenSen’s AI technology to 591.

SenSen is up 4.35 per cent and shares are trading for 12 cents each at 3:59 pm AEDT.
