Singular Health Group (SHG) has executed a Master Distribution Agreement for its 3Dicom software in the US.

The deal was made with Charlie Golf One Solutions (CG1), a veteran-owned small business information and technology firm based in South Florida.

This is an extension of the partnership, with Charlie announced as Singular’s inaugural sales partner at the end of 2022.

3Dicom is a software suite allowing secure and wireless transfers of medical images and 3D visualisations across mobile, desktop and virtual reality, helping to facilitate patient education and collaboration.

CG1 has previously developed and deployed augmented reality, virtual reality, and mobile applications in the defence and healthcare markets as well as commercialising software applications.

Together, the companies will develop an enterprise sales pipeline with federal government agency projects, numerous corporate licensing deals and sell the software to large healthcare institutions in South Florida.

However, Singular states it cannot guarantee these plans will materialise.

CG1 will be the master distributor of Singular’s software license and be allowed to appoint partner organisations as sub-distributors on a commission-based remuneration structure, hopefully providing substantial sales.

Initially, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Nevada, and Texas will have exclusivity, with CG1 to gain exclusivity in the US which will be based on achieving certain minimum sales targets, based on annual contract value within set timeframes.

“We feel this is a natural progression in our relationship with Singular Health, allowing CG1 Solutions to expand our reach on behalf of the Singular Health Group’s technology,” Charlie Golf One Solutions Managing Partner Edwin Rivera said.

“The MDA also reflects our company’s strong belief that their technology, particularly the 3Dicom Viewer, is the new standard in the industry.”

SHG was up 21.1 per cent to 4.6 cents at market close.
