The contract win by SRJ’s s subsidiary Air Control Entech Survey (ACE) covers on‐call deployment of class‐approved robotic inspection platforms, and qualified inspectors and UAV pilots and includes the provision of internal and external inspections, data reporting and optional integration with client asset‐management platforms.
The company expects the SLA may deliver revenue of up to approximately $1.8 million.
SRJ CEO, Kurt Reeves, said the disclosed revenue figure reflects the upper end of potential activity based on discussions with Divetech and that actual revenue will depend on call-off requests from the network of opportunities within the AD Ports Group.
“Beyond the immediate commercial opportunity, this agreement positions SRJ within one of the region’s most integrated maritime ecosystems. In partnership with AD Ports Group, we believe there is substantial scope to standardise class‐approved UAV and ROV inspections across ports, offshore assets and industrial facilities, enabling safer, faster and more data‐rich outcomes for asset owners,” Mr Reeves said.
Divetech is a well-established UAE‐based provider of subsea, topside and hybrid‐access services across MENA and APAC, with a substantial specialist workforce and a portfolio spanning IMCA certified commercial diving, rope access, marine engineering and inspection services.
Divetech GM, Fraser Young, said the use of class-certified UAV and ROVs will allow the company to offer the latest cutting-edge inspection technologies and strengthen its existing inspection service offerings across the AD Ports Group network.
“Divetech will be able to provide a more consistent, efficient and safety-focused approach to asset integrity management for our existing and future clients across our operations,” he said,
“We see significant potential to drive operational efficiencies, improve compliance outcomes and support the long-term performance of critical infrastructure for our customer base and across the group.”
Under the terms of the SLA, ACE’s class-approved inspection services will be deployed through Divetech as the designated delivery platform across the AD Ports Group network.
Mr Reeves said this establishes a structured and scalable model whereby robotic inspection activities across ports, marine assets and associated infrastructure are standardised through Divetech, enabling the use of ACE’s technology-enabled inspection solutions across the AD Ports Group’s ecosystem.
SRJ is up 11.1% to 1.0¢. Mkt cap $6.629M.
