Tempus Resources (TMR) has completed the 2022 drilling program at the Elizabeth gold project in British Columbia, Canada.

All up, 40 holes for 9760 metres were drilled with Tempus calling this program “the most successful to date.”

The drilling built on the recently discovered Blue Vein with it now extending over 300 metres in strike and remaining open down-dip and along strike.

Further, the drilling encountered eight ‘bonanza’ grade intersections of over one ounce of gold per tonne intersected to date.

Tempus also identified a potential high-grade extension zone of the No. 9 Vein with three of the 10 holes drilled identifying visible gold over wide quartz veining intervals.

While assays are pending, the company observed potential extensions in four holes drilled at the West and Main vein structures.

“It’s a truly wonderful evolution for the project to now have multiple open high-grade vein zones in development, a great credit to our exploration team,” President and CEO Jason Bahnsen said.

Results are pending for 27 holes which include four that have reported visible gold.

Shares in Tempus were steady on the market and trading at 5.5 cents at 12:55 pm AEDT.
