Global small business platform Xero (ASX: XRO) was a favourite read on Hot Copper after delivering strong FY26 results including $2.8 billion in revenue.

The company’s strong results included operating revenue growth up 31% and an operating expense to revenue ratio of 70.5%.

CEO Sukhinder Singh Cassidy said the strong full year results demonstrated Xeroʼs disciplined execution and macro-resilience.

XRO was down 5.10% to $76.87.

On the resources front Larvotto Resources (ASX: LRV) has obtained promising results from testwork on tailings from the Hillgrove antimony-gold project in New South Wales.

Results to date have confirmed the material has potential as supplementary feed to the Hillgrove processing plant.

Retreatment would also progressively rehabilitate a legacy tailings facility adjacent to a 500m deep gorge, delivering significant environmental and closure benefits alongside significant metal recovery.

LRV is up 0.94% to $1.61.

Also attracting interest today is Lodestar Minerals (ASX: LSR) which has achieved positive results in an ongoing 10,000m RC drilling program at the Neds Creek gold project in WA.

Drilling has intersected the targeted shear zone with wide zones of mineralisation in the anticipated locations.

Results to date have also confirmed multiple positive geological gold mineralisation indicators.

LSR is down 5.00% to 1.9¢.

Looking wider, the S&P/ASX 200 is lower today, dropping 16.80 points or 0.19% to 8,613.60 and setting a new 20-day low. Over the last five days, the index has lost 2.98% and 1.16% year to date.
