Tietto Minerals (ASX:TIE) on track to deliver first gold from Abujar in December

West African gold explorer and developer Tietto Minerals (TIE) is reportedly on track to deliver first gold from its Abujar project in December.

The company has commissioned the crusher circuit at its gold project in Côte d’Ivoire and will build a crushed ore stockpile while it focuses on commissioning other components of Abujar’s gold processing plant.

Tietto has forecast to produce 260,000 ounces of gold in the first year of production, uniquely positioning itself to advance its dual strategy of “Drill and Build” throughout 2022.

As of the end October, Tietto had mechanically completed its semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill, with linear installation approximately 50 per cent done as of October 31.

Further, structural mechanical piping and electrical and instrumentation installation is more than 52 per cent complete, with almost all material on site.

Shares in Tietto were up 0.63 per cent, trading at 80 cents att 3:42 pm AEDT.
