That’s why getting in front of those red-hot trends is key for every trader worth their salt. In this daily HotCopper Trends column, we break down the top Oz stocks through each trading day.

Smart Parking (ASX:SPZ) was up after turning in a strong financial performance for the year ended 30 June 2026.

Total revenue was $126.3 million, up from $77.3 million in 2025.

The 63% increase from FY25 reflects underlying business momentum and the successful execution of the Group’s growth strategy. Growth was driven by increased sales activity, enhanced debt resolution processes in the UK, and the full year contribution from the FY25 US acquisition.

SPZ rose by 25.4% to 79.0¢ at the time of going to press.

Chariot Resources (ASX:CC9) was popular on HotCopper after it announced it had entered into a binding term sheet with C&D, ZhongNuo and C&C Minerals in relation to one project to be selected from the Fonlo, Iganna and Saki project areas.

These project areas form part of the Nigerian portfolio proposed to be acquired by C&C Minerals, Chariot’s joint venture vehicle with Continental Lithium.

C&D is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xiamen C&D Inc. a major China-based supply-chain and commodities group with substantial lithium raw-material operations. Under the proposed structure, C&D would act as the offtake buyer and US dollar payer for qualifying DSO.

ZhongNuo would fund and undertake a minimum 1,500m diamond drilling program and may fund and operate potential trial mining.

CC9 took off and was up 32.7% to 6.5¢.

Adavale Resources (ASX:ADD) rose strongly on strong  assay results from the London-Victoria gold mine in the Lachlan Fold Belt region of NSW.

The results included an intercept of 19m at 4.0 grams per tonne (g/t), including 1.0m at 52.6 g/t, along with continued broad gold intercepts below the existing 1.5km-long open pit.

“This is an exceptional result for London-Victoria. A broad intersection of 19m at 4.00 g/t gold, including 4.0m at 15.02 g/t, is significant in its own right, and its location well outside the existing mineral resource envelope makes it particularly important,” MD, David Ward, said.

“The current 115,000 ounce mineral resource estimate is based entirely on historical drilling and contains none of the 85 drillholes now completed by Adavale.

ADD jumped 14.3% to 4.0¢.

Market news

Looking wider, the S&P/ASX 200 was up this morning, gaining 28.00 points or 0.31% to 9,101.20. The index has lost 1.62% for the last five days but sits 2.10% below its 52-week high.

Elsewhere, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has warned that people may have lost track of their super with new data showing more $21 billion is waiting to be claimed.

ATO deputy commissioner, Ben Kelly, said checking for lost super could be the most rewarding five-minutes of your life.

“You always want to know where your wallet is. Lost super is much the same. It’s your hard-earned money, and a quick search can reconnect you with that money to make sure you are maximising your retirement savings.”

He said super can become lost for a variety of reasons, mostly when an account is inactive from no contributions, and your contact details are not up to date. When a super fund is unable to contact an individual to reunite them with their super, it may be transferred to the ATO to hold and attempt to reunite.
