Ventia Services Group (VNT) has been awarded two-year contract extension by the Commonwealth Department of Finance to deliver leasing and facilities management services to 39 government entities across over 650 properties.

The initial Whole of Australian Government contract began in September 2017.

An extension now runs from July 2022 through the end of June 2024 and is expected to generate approximately $270 million in revenue for Ventia.

The contract provides property services to the Government, including implementation services to the Department of Finance, transition-in services and other management services.


Ventia has access to a combined workforce of more than 35,000 people,
operating in over 400 sites across Australia and New Zealand.

Ventia shares opened the day trading at $2.56.
