Wattle Health Australia Limited has entered into a conditional purchase agreement with a subsidiary of Mason Holdings Limited.

Wattle Health Australia has purchase an extra 46 per cent of Australia’s largest independent nutritional dairy manufacturer, Blend and Pack (B&P), for A$46 million.

According to Wattle Health, funding for the Purchase Agreement will rely on a private placement debt issue, which will be managed by Exotix Capital.

Management presentations and investor site tours are scheduled to commence on the 19th April 2019. These events are expecting multiple parties to travel to Australia with intentions of finalising definitive terms soon after.

Wattle Health is currently working on completing any and all conditions required to finalise the transaction.

This includes new shareholder agreements and a notice of meeting (NOM). Wattle Health expects the planned meeting date will be on the 13th June 2019, however, this may be extended to the 15th June 2019.
