Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

In this daily HotCopper Trends column, we break down the top three stocks talked about on any given trade day, and why they’ve drawn a daily focus.

Much-followed Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) has drawn by far the most attention across HotCopper forums through Wednesday after heading into a halt. The Australian uranium developer had been at $1.56/sh before pausing.

While Boss has yet to share any major details, we know why they halted: The company will soon be releasing its long-awaited Honeymoon Review.

Company management originally opened an operational review of the Honeymoon uranium project in South Australia in July. The Market Link understands what they found in the six-month study will be shared on Friday.

Elsewhere, Treasury Wine Estates (ASX:TWE) has garnered heavy interest after plunging as much as -9% lower intraday. The wine seller warned investors it has been facing sales slowdowns in the U.S. and China alike.

To mid-arvo, TWE shares have been selling at $5 each.

And, Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) rounds out today’s top topics, with the explorer landing approval for a revised program at Mt Fuel-Skyline.

New approvals for the modified drilling program came after Anson ran into some issues with its re-entry program; significant amounts of steel and other materials had been preventing things from progressing.

Right now, ASN shares are -5.4% lower.

Looking wider, the ASX 200 is down around -0.33%.
