White Cliff Minerals (WCN) has completed a heritage survey for drilling at Cracker Jack and McCaskill Hill, which form part of the Reedy South project in Western Australia.

The survey allows drilling at these prospects, subject to final report, to follow up on rock chip and geochemistry sampling results from previously untested areas. The company has planned a 4500-metre shallow reverse circulation drilling program across the project.

Additionally program of works for drilling have been approved at McCaskill Hill, Cracker Jack and the Pegasus prospects. The program of works will allow the company to follow up soil sample results at McCaskill Hill, commence first-pass drilling at Cracker Jack and extension drilling at Pegasus.

White Cliff aims to generate a number of mineable deposits within the Reedy South project, which could collectively underpin a mining operation.

The company says multiple areas have been defined for drill testing with a start date for the drilling anticipated to be in late Janaury.

Shares were down 5.9 per cent trading at 1.6 cents at 2:49 pm AEDT.
