Wide Open Agriculture (WOA) has penned a distribution agreement to sell its Dirty Clean Food oat milk in Taiwan.

WOA has teamed up with DKSH Taiwan to distribute, market and sell the dairy-free milk product exclusively for 24 months.

DKSH operates in 36 markets and focuses on fast-moving consumer goods, food services, luxury items, fashion and lifestyle products, plus hair and skin cosmetics.

Under the agreement, DKSH will become the exclusive distribution partner for the sale, marketing, and management of the milk in Taiwan for two years, with annual sales estimated to come to $650,000 for WOA.

Dr Ben Cole, Managing Director of Wide Open Agriculture, said the company was “thrilled” to partner with DKSH to launch Dirty Clean Food’s entry into the plant-based drinks market in Taiwan.

“We are hopeful that this is the beginning of a long and fruitful partnership between our companies,” Dr Cole said.

The first shipment of oat milk is expected to be delivered to DKSH by July 2022.

According to WOA, Dirty Clean Food’s oat milk is the world’s first oat milk that is carbon neutral and produced with regeneratively farmed oats. The DKSH agreement covers all four flavours of Dirty Clean Food oat milk – original, barista, chocolate, and coffee.

The agreement with DKSH Taiwan marks the fifth major distribution agreement announced by Dirty Clean Food over the past seven months.

Wide Open Agriculture was trading 2.22 per cent higher at 69 cents per share at 11:06 am AEST.
