WiseTech Global has successfully completed its share purchase plan to raise approximately $35.9 million.
1.7 million shares were issued to successful applicants at $20.90 per share.
To accommodate strong support the share price was increased from $30 million to $35.9 million with WiseTech intending to accept all valid subscriptions.
These funds will be used to accelerate long-term growth through innovation and acquisition of valuable assets.
WiseTech focuses on the global development of cloud-based software solutions for international and domestic logistics industries.
They deliver easier and faster solutions to customers by using the latest software tools and advanced hardware platforms.
Shares are expected to be allotted on 18 April 2019 and statements are expected to be given to successful applicants on 23 April 2019.
