Application verification platform Xref (XF1) has signed on to power LinkedIn’s ‘Talent Hub’ service.

Talent Hub is an applicant tracking system — allowing job recruiters to use one place to find, manage, and hire prospective employees.

For years, Xref has used a software solution to automatically verify references on employee applications. This valuable technology will be integrated into Talent Hub through a partnership.

As of today, Talent Hub is hosting over 675 million members.

Speaking this week, Xref Chief Executive Lee-Martin Seymour called the partnership a ‘game-changer’.

“In this market, clients are seeking one place to search, select, check and hire. We are exceptionally excited about the growth and scale that this opportunity presents,” Lee-Martin said

LinkedIn Head of Business Development, Katherine Tsay, said the integration will streamline the hiring experience.

“We will continue to work closely to ensure our customers can source, manage, and hire candidates all in one place,” Katherine noted.

Xref and LinkedIn will be flaunting the partnership at the Impact Virtual showcase on April 2. The event will be a virtual conference for professionals in the industry.

“The opportunity to integrate with LinkedIn Talent Hub has been fantastic and we’re delighted to bring it to market,” Xref Executive Director Tim Griffiths added.

“We’re excited about the opportunity the integration offers and the strength of the partnership we have already formed with the LinkedIn team,” Tim concluded.

Shares in Xref on the Australian market gained 4.35 per cent on Tuesday, closing at 12 cents each.
