9Spokes International’s (9SP) business platform will be promoted by Fundation Group under a new distribution agreement.

Fundation is a U.S.-based financial solutions provider with a small and medium business (SMB) lending platform. This ecosystem connects businesses to banks, B2B merchants and other institutions to help them access credit.

Over an initial five-year term, Fundation will introduce 9Spoke’s platform to U.S. banks and enterprises. 9Spokes describes the platform as a “management app that brings meaningful data together across a business, its apps and its bank.”

Co-Founder and CEO of Fundation, Sam Graziano, said the company is delighted to have secured the partnership and looks forward to introducing the platform to its customers.

“We believe the future of banking involved innovative platforms that provide deep value to the bank customers. Fundation is committed to establishing partnerships and helping our banking clients modernize how they acquire new customer relationships, build relationships, and engage their customers through the use of technology, which is a primary focus of our agreement with 9Spokes.”

Fundation and 9Spokes also intend to collaborate on new features, which may include integrating Fundation’s data into 9Spokes’ platform.

9Spokes shares were trading 8.6 per cent higher for 3.8 cents at 11:20 AEST.
