Suvo Strategic Minerals (SUV) has completed the second phase of drilling at its Nova Silica Sands Project.

Following the maiden inferred resource, the company undertook a drilling program at the project.

Drilling included around 2600 metres of drilling with holes drilled to about 30 metres. The purpose of the program was to infill land and extend mineralisation to the north and south of the current resource.

Samples from the drilling program will be used to update the resource and form part of a metallurgical bulk sample for the purpose of flow sheet definition, product development and offtake negotiations.

Drilling was undertaken on exisiting tracks of the tenure, which allowed drilling contractors to be engaged at short notice and complete the program.

Metallurgical test work has now commenced to produce samples for shipping to potential offtake partners and clients.

Additionally, scoping study works are underway.

On the market today, Suvo was in the grey and is trading at 14 cents per share at 12:39 pm AEDT.
