TerraCom (TER) announced its Blair Athol coal mine in Clermont, Central Queensland, has been fully sold until the end of July 2022.

Blair Athol remains on track to sell around 600,000 tonnes in the March 2022 quarter.

From April to July 2022, Blair Athol is scheduled to deliver 10 cargoes equating to around 750,000 tonnes.

Of these cargoes, nine are currently index-linked and one is contracted at a fixed price of US$300 (A$406) per tonne NAR basis.

The company remains on track for coal sales in FY22 of approximately 2.3 million tonnes.

Just two weeks ago, TerraCom further reduced its debt to the Euroclear Bond, which the company said puts it in a well-placed position to pay its debt faster than expected and return dividends to its shareholders sooner.

TER shares were up 8.33 per cent to 45.5 cents at 10:48 pm AEDT.
