Advanced Health Intelligence (AHI) has bolstered its board of directors with the addition of wellteq Chairman Dr Peter Vaughan and Scott Montgomery.
The addition of Mr Vaughan and Mr Montgomery follows the acquisition of wellteq Digital Health in September.
The company, formerly called “Advanced Human Imaging”, announced this morning that the name change has come into effect, but its ticker code will remain “AHI”.
Advanced Health Intelligence’s shareholders approved the company’s name change as it reportedly reflects the recently acquired technological capabilities.
Mr Montgomery will take on the position of CEO and Managing Director, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in enterprise healthcare around the world, 15 of which were as founder or director of companies.
The role comes with a $350,000 annual salary excluding superannuation, along with compensation for hitting key performance indicators and performance rights.
As a result of the appointment, Katherine Iscoe has stepped down as CEO. She will, however, remain on the board in her capacity as an Executive Director.
AHI was up 1.08 per cent, trading at 9.4 cents at 2:16 pm AEDT.
