  • Insignia Financial (ASX:IFL) appoints Scott Hartley as its newest CEO
  • Mr Hartley joins with more than two decades of experience in the wealth management sector
  • He also joins the Insignia Financial Board as Executive Director
  • Mr Hartley will assume the role on March 1
  • IFL last traded at $2.18

Insignia Financial (ASX:IFL) announced today that Scott Hartley will take the helm as CEO, effective March 1.

Mr Hartley joins Insignia following an extensive search to fill the position left vacant by Renato Mota, who announced his departure in late October.

“Scott joins at a pivotal point in the business and his appointment is key to providing a fresh perspective as we continue into the next phase of executing on our strategy,” IFL Chair Allan Griffiths said.

“Scott’s deep experience and strategic leadership will be critical as we continue to build on our established foundations and move forward with clarity and focus on the opportunities our market position and capabilities provide.”

With more than two decades of experience in the wealth management sector, Mr Hartley holds vast industry knowledge, having most recently served as the CEO of AMP Australia.

Prior to AMP, he held the position of CEO at Sunsuper and led MLC’s corporate and institutional wealth businesses.

The company also announced today Mr Hartley would be joining the Insignia Board as an Executive Director.

IFL last traded at $2.18.
