While Tuesday has been a bit of a nothing trading day as Australian investors await the Reserve Bank’s July interest rate decision, there’ve still been some companies drawing buckets of attention on HotCopper forums.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

Botanix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:BOT) has been the top trender today, after telling shareholders it had garnered 6,700 patients since launch in January. Markets really didn’t like that number, because BOT has dropped -50% since.

Similarly in the red – though with plenty of interest on the forums – was ClearVue Technology (ASX:CPV), with its -7.6% retreat coming on news CEO Martin Deil and executive director Jamie Lyford had resigned.

And, AusGold Limited (ASX:AUC) caught eyes as it pulled the brakes on Tuesday morning; expectations are the miner will next be staging a capital raise.

For the Oz bourse at large, IT is up +0.7%; Staples has dumped -1.4%.
