Good afternoon, and welcome to the HotCopper HotList Top 10 column. Every week, hundreds of companies go through the ups and downs of the ASX trading rollercoaster, with fortunes made and equity lost each time the Aussie bourse opens – which is why keeping an eye on all the trending stocks is so key.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

We’ve put together the HotCopper HotList: The top ten ASX-listed companies added to HotCopper users’ watchlists, so you can keep an eye on them too.

So, without further ado, here’s the top picks from our forum users.

First up – Energy Transition Minerals (ASX:ETM) was the clear pick of the litter from forum users through W33, with the explorer being added to 209 more watchlists.

The why here is pretty clear, with ETM securing Spain’s only tin-tantalum-niobium mine for €5.2 million last week; a cracking deal it was able to scoop up because Strategic Minerals Spain has been heading into insolvency.

By time of writing, ETM has climbed as much as +97% for the week.

Next was Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS), which has long been a HotCopper forum fave.

This week, the lithium stalwart enjoyed a healthy value bump on Monday after CATL confirmed it would be mothballing its Jinaxiawo mine.

Things didn’t last on that front, with Pilbara then retreating to around $2.15 by the end of the week, but HotCopper forum users were already interested in keeping an eye on the company again – 61 users watchlisted it.

And finally, Trigg Minerals (ASX:TMG) grew by about the same on watchlists after starting the next exploration phase at its Antimony Canyon Project in the U.S.

Many may be excited because Trigg uncovered new mineralisation under the Flagstaff formation at the site, with stibnite-filled concretions in tuffaceous sandstone. Others may have liked TMG’s +17% monthly gains.

And, rounding out the top ten in Week 33 were:

  • West Coast Silver (ASX:WCE)
  • Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR)
  • GQG Partners (ASX:GQG)
  • Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY)
  • Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR)
  • OD6 Metals (ASX:OD6)
  • And, Bayan Mining and Minerals (ASX:BMM)
