New Frontier Minerals (ASX:NFM) is aiming to take advantage of growing North American interest in critical minerals with a successful dual listing on the OTCQB Venture Market, in a move chairman Gerrard Hall says will support expanding U.S. investor engagement and improve access to North American capital.

The listing comes just one day after the company secured an 85% interest in a key tenement within the Harts Range HRE project in the Northern Territory.

New Frontier had recently landed several other tenement grants in the Harts Range as well, with inaugural drilling on-site expected in coming weeks – just as the Oz explorer looks to expand its NWQ copper project in Queensland.

“Our Harts Range and NWQ copper project are strategically positioned within a stable Australian jurisdiction to contribute to the development of secure, western-aligned supply chains for heavy rare earth elements, which are critical to advanced manufacturing, defence and clean energy transition,” Mr Hall said.

“Growing geopolitical focus on supply chain security for critical minerals has driven increased interest from U.S. investors, particularly in projects with scale, grade and clear pathways to downstream integration.”

The Donald Trump-led U.S. government is currently pouring billions of dollars into establishing secure, domestic and allied critical mineral supply chains, primarily targeting to break reliance on Chinese rare earths.

Hall said the company will also examine adding other opportunities to enhance its US market presence. The OTCQB Venture Market is the middle tier of the OTC Markets Group, favoured by early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies, and usually operates as a step onto Wall Street.

NFM has been 1.9cps today, trading relatively flat.
