With more than seven million users on the HotCopper forums, every discussion and speculation can move Australian markets, which is why getting out in front of those trends is so important for any trader worth their salt. In this daily HotCopper Trends column, we break down the top three Aussie stocks talked about on any given trade day, and why they’ve drawn a daily focus intraday.

Listen to the HotCopper podcast for in-depth discussions and insights on all the biggest headlines from throughout the week. On Spotify, Apple, and more.

First up, Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX:NEU) has been trending heavily on the wider HotCopper forums after its licensee, Acadia, was whacked with a negative trend vote from the EU Medicines Agency’s Committee.

The vote revolved around Acadia’s trofinetide marketing; Neuren chief Jon Pilcher said the outcome was “frustrating” – they’re now looking for a re-vote.

The news didn’t help NEU shares, which are down -10%.

Elsewhere, Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) is heading the other way – +4% stronger through to lunchtime Tuesday – on windfall Nasdaq news.

The Australian-headquartered, U.S.-focused explorer is looking to join the Wall Street race and, in Week 6, submitted a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to further that aim.

Results there are pending; RML is 5.3cps.

And finally, Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS) has HotCopper users buzzing after “outstanding” wide high-grade copper-gold intercepts at Nanadie Project.

Those results come from the WA dig-site’s first RC holes, which Solstice started up in late CY25. The early work has intersected wide zones of disseminated chalcopyrite mineralisation with higher grades.

The good news helped SLS shares on to a whopping +49% jump.

And then looking wider, the ASX has been up +1.2%.
