AdNeo’s (ASX: AD1) Catapult education business has been engaged by Techtronic Industries Australia (TTI) under an initial services contract valued at over $200,000.
Catapult brings expertise in education and training, supported by established relationships across schools, TAFEs, registered training organisations (RTOs), employers, government and industry. Its specialist capabilities in learning design, digital education and workforce development enable contemporary industry expertise to be translated into engaging, accessible learning experiences that support employment readiness.
The strategic partnership supports AdNeo’s broader strategy to develop scalable, industry-aligned education solutions through collaboration with leading organisations, creating opportunities for growth across priority workforce and vocational education markets.
According to AdNeo, with Australia’s trade sector continuing to face significant challenges in addressing skills shortages and strengthening workforce readiness, greater collaboration between industry and education providers presents an opportunity to bridge the gap between learning and contemporary workplace expectations.
The engagement will support the development and delivery of contemporary learning solutions designed to strengthen knowledge, workplace safety awareness, and technical training.
This initial engagement commenced on October 23, 2026, and has an initial term of approximately 18 months, with the potential for additional services and commercial opportunities to be agreed separately between the parties.
Any future opportunities beyond the initial contracted scope remain subject to further agreements and are not included in the initial contract value.
AdNeo’s workforce capability platform unites a fragmented market of education, mentoring and workforce technology, into a single AI-driven capability engine-grounded in 20 plus years of expertise and built for a world where skills change faster than careers.
In mid-August the company received commitments for a placement and debt conversion with an aggregate value of approximately $1.5 million.
The transaction comprised approximately $1.243 million of cash subscriptions before costs and the conversion of approximately $256,269 of existing debt owed to Pure Asset Management.
AD1 was steady at 1.5¢ with a Mkt cap of $6.230M.
