The ASX200 is set to nudge a little higher with futures at 0.10 per cent near 8:30 am AEDT.

Both the US markets ended down on Friday with the S&P500 in the red at 0.48 per cent and the NASDAQ down 0.82 per cent.

Back home, Westpac, Bluescope, Cochlear and Ampol all report today.

Stocks catching eyes this morning:

Infini Resources (ASX:I88) has issued an update on its Portland Creek project.

The company has expanded the play.

Portland Creek is a uranium exploration play.

Shares last traded at 27 cents.

Argosy Minerals (ASX:AGY) has also issued an update on one of its project.

This relates to the Rincon lithium play.

All work is good work but can any junior survive a world where Wesfarmers can’t make lithium profitable?

Shares last traded at 11 cents.

Caldius Resources (CAI) has issued an update on its JORC assets.

In short, the company has grown its indicated resource.

This, the company reported, is part of a “strategy”.

Shares last at 15.5 cents.

Rincon Resources (ASX:RCR) has flagged to the market one of its own project updates.

The West Arunta play footprint has been expanded.

A new application has been made to expand landholding to over 260sq.km.

Shares last traded at 4 cents.

And, Minrex (ASX:MRR) has updated the market on gold results.

These come from its “Queenslander” prospect.

Sounds exciting, but the company has flagged three sections all at one-metre width or lesser, though, grades near 10g/t aren’t terrible. Widths are, though.

Shares last traded at 1.3 cents.
