Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group (AHF) has certified all of its farms organic following a three-year conversion program, which began in 2018.

AHF is a vertically integrated dairy group, which owns high-quality dairy farms and a processing facility in South Western Victoria.

In addition to achieving organic certification, the group has also been busy establishing A2 herds on all of its farms to ensure it maintains a secure supply of A2 protein milk, which it considers a scarce raw material in the current market.

This supply is set to be used for the group’s organic A2 infant formula range.

Specifically, AHF’s Brucknell South and Yaringa farm run a certified organic A2 herd, allowing the production of certified organic A2 raw milk.

Meanwhile, the Bucknell North fam herd can be transitioned to certified organic at any time with six months’ notice.

The company’s CEO Peter Skene commented on the latest achievements.

“This has been no small task, requiring significant investment in soils and pasture, significant changes in farming knowledge and practise, as well as the passion and persistence of our people,” he said.

“I would like to thank all involved in this journey and particularly our farm management team and staff.”

Shares were up 15.3 per cent to 6.8 cents each at 2:28 pm AEDT.
