Block Inc (ASX:SQ2) is the top pick this week on the Wealth Within Hot Stock Tips show featuring Wealth Within’s chief analyst Dale Gillham and co-host Filip Tortevski.

Block, formerly Afterpay, closed just shy of $104 yesterday (February 5).

Mr Tortevski said it had consolidated and performed strongly and ‘the buyers are still here’.

“Judging by what it’s done over the last couple of weeks (prior to that fall) it’s really strong on the way up, what I’m really surprised about it this is almost a $100 stock and its gone up 93 per cent, to me that’s quite interesting,” Mr Tortevski said.

Mr Gillham’s ‘Proceed with Caution’ stock is Nickel Industries (ASX:NIC), which closed down 6.6 per cent yesterday at 70.5 cents, and, the ‘What’s Not Hot’ pick is Core Lithium (ASX:CXO). Mr Gillham and Mr Tortevski argue Core Lithium shows no signs of recovery and closed down more than 5 per cent yesterday at 18.5 cents.

Mr Gillham and Mr Tortevski also discuss Goodman Group (ASX:GMG).
