Following the introduction of 41 townhouses in the market last year, Cedar Woods’ (CWP) Subiaco development unveiled Incontro Apartments today, bringing one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to the neighbourhood.

Cedar Woods has already attracted significant interest, with over 200 registers of interest received, and planning clearance obtained earlier this week.

The 110-unit complex will include a range of floor layouts spread across seven stories.

Cedar Woods WA state manager Ben Rosser said the company is thrilled to be releasing the apartments after the success of the project’s townhouse construction.

“After successfully selling out the townhomes earlier this year, Cedar Woods are pleased to be bringing an exciting new offering to an area that holds such high demand,” he said.

“Incontro is situated in a prime location and we’re already reaping the benefits of the Subiaco revival project. It holds fantastic connections to public transport, major medical precincts, Bob Hawke College, and local cafes and restaurants.

“It’s fantastic to be able to provide a high-quality, beautifully designed product to our customers at highly competitive entry prices, with the added bonus of a vibrant lifestyle and community hub.”

DKO Architecture Director Dennis Chew stated that their design was designed to imitate the future of inner-city living, with deliberate placement enabling the formation of an involved community.

“Every apartment at Incontro has been meticulously planned to ensure the spaces will work to their maximum potential, providing residents with considered, life-enhancing spaces,” Mr Chew said.

“Incorporating a green communal space to the precinct, residents will have the ability to form genuine connections with their community. It encourages conversation and creates an engaging atmosphere outside the four walls of the home. This is the future of inner-urban living.”

Pricing for the Incontro Apartments are projected to start as $395,000 for one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, $610,000 for two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, and $865,000 for three-bedroom, two-bathroom units.

The apartments are located along Bishop Street on the western edge of the Incontro property, with a projected move-in date of early 2024.

Recently the company announced sales at its Monarch development in South Australia topped $22 million in sales.
