I Synergy (IS3) has entered a trading halt as the company prepares to undertake a capital raise.
Trading of IS3 shares will be paused until Wednesday, August 31, by which time the company would have released further details to the market about the funds it is seeking to raise.
Whilst it is not yet known where the funds will be directed, the company has recently collaborated with Big Orange Super Tech Group to possibly integrate its user base and technology within the business.
The company also recently partnered with the University of Western Australia to develop two of its software systems and seek available grant funding.
I Synergy specialises in offering different platforms in the nascent technology space to develop software.
Shares in the company last traded at 4.7 cents each on August 26.
