Infini Resources (ASX:I88) has welcomed Dr Andy Wilde, the company’s consultant uranium geologist, as its newest Non-Executive Director.
Dr Wilde holds more than 35 years of experience, including 10 years as Chief Geologist for Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN) and Deep Yellow (ASX:DYL).
He’s worked in places such as Namibia, Malawi, Canada and Australia, and played a crucial role in the discovery of Deep Yellow’s Barking Gecko and Iguana uranium deposits in Namibia.
I88 Executive Director Dr David Pevcic said it was a privilege to onboard such an experienced uranium geologist.
“Dr Wilde’s industry experience will be extremely valuable to the company as it progresses its exploration efforts across its portfolio of uranium assets,” he said.
The company also announced that Non-Executive Director Clinto Booth has resigned from the Board to pursue other opportunities.
