JCurve Solutions (JCS) has acquired Creative Quest Events and Marketing Services’ business assets as part of its growth strategy.

Creative Quest is a Philippines-based company that formed in 2013. The creative and marketing agency specialises in accelerating online and offline marketing efforts from advertising, email campaigns, webinars, website building, social media, and video production.

Creative Quest has been JCurve’s outsourced digital marketing agency since last August, allowing the parties to build a sense of trust and common ground. Together, they’re targeting domestic and international customers to achieve sustainable growth plans.

“The acquisition of Creative Quest aligns with our strategic priority of digital transformation and, more specifically, achieving business growth by providing end-to-end digital solutions and professional services for our customers,” JCurve Solutions CEO Stephen Canning said.

“We want to be that trusted digital transformation partner, an internationally recognised company that provides technology and services that will power business growth across the Asia Pacific region.”

JCurve will pay PHP9 million (roughly A$243,837) to acquire Creative Quest which it funded from existing cash reserves.

Further terms include vendor incentives for three years for the owner and founder of Creative Quest who will also be employed as the General Manager of the newly-formed Creative Quest business division.

JCurve was up 3.51 per cent and was trading at 5.9 cents at 1:35 pm AEST.
