The RIU Resurgence Conference is on at the Westin Hotel in Perth this week.

It’s a resources investors event that this year has a focus on emerging uranium and lithium companies on the ASX.

The conference includes talks and panel discussions from more than 40 ASX-listed companies.

One of the participating companies this year is Lithium Universe (ASX:LU7), led by lithium pioneer Iggy Tan and the ‘Dream Team’.

The company’s flagship Apollo project is located in the prolific lithium hotspot of James Bay. Lithium Universe is hoping to establish the Quebec Lithium Processing Hub (QLPH), designed to accommodate the growing demand for lithium carbonate in the North American and European battery markets.

Joining The Market Herald’s Sonia Madigan From the Floor is Lithium Universe Executive Director Gernot Abl.
