LTR Pharma (ASX:LTP), best known for creating nasal-spray-based viagra alternatives, jumped +10% on Tuesday after fillings the first prescriptions for its ROXUS product in the US.

ROXUS is another fast-acting nasal spray for erectile dysfunction in the US market, more or less identical to the Australian rollout of its SPONTAN product which treated the same condition.

Back in March of 2025, the company was targeting a ROXUS rollout in the US; in September of 2026 the company has now made its first sales on the back of a men’s health telehealth service.

That telehealth service is overseen by an entity called Marvox while another US partner, Strive Pharmacy, handles compounding and delivery.

LTR Pharma reported on Tuesday the company’s next step is to continue “supporting its US partners as prescribing and prescription activity builds.”

“This milestone comes less than three months after we announced our [strategy] to establish a U.S. telehealth route to patients,” LTR Pharma Executive Chairman Lee Rodne said.

“With our first prescriptions now received through Mavrox, we have moved from implementation to serving patients under these arrangements. Fulfilment of the first ROXUS prescriptions in the United States is an important milestone for LTR Pharma and our US partners.”

For customers to access ROXUS they need a prescription from a Doctor; the company highlighted on Tuesday that the product is not currently reviewed or approved by the US FDA – but that doesn’t block off patients for whom a doctor has identified a need for a compound medication for which no alternative exists.

While the market liked the news, liquidity was low below A$200,000 of shares changing hands before 11.30am AEDT; LTR Pharma hit an all time high just short of A$2.00/sh in late 2024 but significantly declined by early 2025 and since then has remained more or less within the 50cps range.

LTP last traded at 55cps; it has a market cap of A$100.25M and has 182M shares on issue.
