Santos (ASX:STO) has also been trending on news its approved a $30B takeover by a consortium led by Abu Dhabi’s state-owned oil company.
After the Monday takeover news, Santos has been up 12.4% at $7.82.
Finally, Amplia Therapeutics (ASX:ATX) has been popular after recording its first pathological complete response in its Accent clinical trial. Such a response is extremely rare in patients undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer.
Amplia has been up 15.8% at 6.6 cents.
And for bourse movement – the ASX 200 has been up 0.2% at 8,563 points.
