MRG Metals has completed its airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical survey on time and on budget. The airborne survey was overseen by geophysical contractor Geotech Limited on April 7.

The initial analysis identified abnormal zones, in both the magnetic and radiometric data zones. Further drilling and scaling are required to allow identification of subtle features with high-intensity magnetic anomalies.

Sixteen holes were completed before the Easter break with 181.5 meters of drilling with an average depth of 11.3 meters and 130 samples collected.

The next auger drilling program will focus on areas with high-grade drill results. A full technical analysis will be completed after data leveling and scaling. The technical manager will commence the export process for the initial auger sample for a heavy liquid separation analysis.

Data will be released once compilation and validation are completed.
