  • New World Resources (NWC) has intersected the thickest interval of sulphide mineralisation to date at its Antler Copper Project in Arizona
  • The 24-metre interval surpasses last week’s record interval of 16 metres
  • The latest intersection confirms mineralisation extends to at least 420 metres down-dip from surface and 260 metres down-dip from the historical stopes
  • Drilling is ongoing as New World continues to evaluate the immediate depth and strike extensions of this mineralisation

New World Resources (NWC) has intersected additional thick mineralisation in a recently completed diamond drill hole at the Antler Copper Project.

The Antler Copper Project is located in northwestern Arizona in the United States and is situated between two private mining claims that cover 40 square kilometres.

The company intersected a continuous interval of massive and semi-massive sulphide mineralisation over more than 24 metres from 414 metres down hole in ANTRCDD202017.

This is the thickest interval of mineralisation encountered at the project to date and surpasses the 16-metre interval of mineralisation reported last week from ANTRCDD202014.

The new 24-metre intercept in ANTRCDD202017 is located roughly 40 metres down-dip from, and 20 metres south of, the 16-metre thick interval of mineralisation.

The latest intersection confirms mineralisation extends to at least 420 metres down-dip from surface and extends at least 260 metres down-dip from the historical stopes.

Assay results for ANTRCDD202017 and eight other recently completed drill holes are pending and expected in the coming weeks.

Drilling at the Antler Project is ongoing as New World continues to evaluate the immediate depth and strike extensions of the very thick mineralisation recently intersected.

New World Resources ended the day 12.5 per cent in the green to trade for 2.7 cents each.
