Orcoda (ODA) has launched a ‘Notify’ app for the transport logistics and transport services sectors that connects its pre-existing digital platforms.

Orcoda is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) provider and has developed the app to connect to its Workforce Logistics System (OWLS) and its Orcoda Logistics Management System (OLMS).

According to the announcement, the app will enable clients, customers and workers to track deliveries and pickups, and manage messaging and other notifications within the app.

The software will be available for download through the respective app stores for Android and Apple.

The purpose of the app includes reducing the cost of SMS and keeping users notified of communication, including marketing uses and order histories.

“Our new Notify app is the result of a lot of research and development for improving the client experience and enhancing our value. The significant benefits to our digital platforms to eliminate SMSs benefits both parties,” said managing director Geoff Jamieson.

“Our Notify app has become another part of the value proposition to ensure our supply chains run efficiently, on time and on budget. This is our fourth App and is AI designed to analyse data and accelerate decisions in digital supply chains.”

Orcoda shares were trading grey at 15.5 cents a share at 12.26 pm AEDT.
