PolarX (PXX) has ended the week in a trading halt pending the release of a capital raising announcement.
The company will remain in the halt until Tuesday, September 25, or when the announcement is released to the market, whichever occurs first.
PolarX is yet to disclose how much it intends to raise or what it will use the funds for once received.
Earlier this month, the company encountered an “extensive” surface gold and silver intercept at the Golden Staircase prospect in Nevada as part of its exploration work.
Given these results, the company has planned to undertake further sampling and drilling along the anomaly.
Shares in PolarX last traded at 0.9 cents on October 19.
