Social infrastructure real estate investment trust, Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) is the ‘Hot Stock’ pick for Wealth Within this week.
In today’s HotCopper show, Wealth Within senior analyst Fil Tortevski said there were signals pointing to there being potential for growth for ARF.
“I don’t really see from a long term perspective any real resistance back up until this $4.80 level, so in the medium term some very good opportunity,” he said.
“I think if we can get to $4.80 really quickly then obviously that begs the question, the all time high’s next,” he said.
Arena REIT was trading at $4.14 mid-session today.
Their ‘Proceed with Caution’ – ‘bullish caution’ – is Perseus Mining (ASX:PRU), but the ‘Not Hot’ stock today is telecommunications company Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK) which Mr Gillham suggests is a ‘shorting’ stock sitting around $3.10 today.
Also in today’s Wealth Within HotCopper show, Dale Gillham and Filip Tortevski discuss the risks of investors ‘jumping on bandwagons’.
“They jump in too early, they get stuck in suckers rallies, only to see it move over,” Mr Gillham said.
