Thor Mining (THR) has continued to grow its Molyhil Critical Minerals Project in the Northern Territory.

The company completed three diamond drill holes, totalling 995.4 metres, and has successfully tested and confirmed the newly identified magnetic target.

Recently, the company released results from the first two drill holes, with the second drill hole intercepting over 45 metres of disseminated mineralisation.

Now, the third hole has intercepted mineralisation at the project — confirming the new critical minerals discovery.

This new critical minerals discovery was found from the 3D modelling of the magnetics and highlights the potential to grow the Molyhil resource.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Nicole Galloway Warland said she was pleased by the third hole.

“We are excited to announce that the third drillhole, 21MHDD003, intercepted further
disseminated tungsten-molybdenum-copper mineralisation within magnetite skarn,
confirming our new critical minerals discovery at the Molyhil project,” Mr Warland said.

“This extension of mineralisation, directly south of the deposit, has significant positive
implications for the overall Molyhil Critical Minerals project. We look forward to further
updating the market when all geological data and assays are available.”

A diamond drill core is currently being prepared for submission to the laboratory, with Thor expecting results in the first quarter of 2022.

On the market today, Thor was up 7.69 per cent and is trading at 1.4 cents per share at 12:07 pm AEDT.
