PARKD (ASX: PKD) was popular after it confirmed it had received binding commitments for an $800,000 placement to strategic partners alongside sophisticated and professional investors.

In conjunction, the company has entered into a strategic partnership agreement (SPA) with Symal Contractors under which Symal is appointed as PARKD’s exclusive strategic partner in Victoria and South Australia. Symal is also becoming a PARKD shareholder through the strategic placement.

PARKD MD, Peter McUtchen, said the agreement with Symal is a significant step in strengthening PARKD’s east coast partner network and the company’s ability to pursue large-scale opportunities in Victoria and South Australia.

“Symal brings proven delivery capability, established client relationships and a clear focus on sectors where our technology can provide value, including data centres and industrial infrastructure.”

PKD took off at was up 50% to 4.5¢ at the time of publication.

American Tungsten & Antimony (ASX: AT4) has announced an antimony ingot produced at the Del Sol Refinery in Amargosa Valley, Nevada has exceeded the 99.65% Sb Regulus II grade and met the 99.8% Sb minimum of ASTM B237 Grade A.

AT4 has since attended White House roundtable meetings in Washington, DC in pursuit of offtake agreements and financing arrangements, and hosted Members of Congress at the Del Sol Refinery and the White Spar Antimony Mine.

“Exceeding the Regulus II grade and producing ASTM B237 Grade A with Arizona mined material at the Del Sol Refinery in Nevada is a significant result for AT4 and for the United States. It demonstrates AT4’s ability to establish a U.S. domestic mine-to-metal critical mineral supply chain, and subsequently enables direct engagement with the DLA, Project Vault and defense primes for offtake and project funding,” CEO, Casper Adson, said.

“The White House roundtable and the Congressional visit to White Spar and Del Sol advance AT4’s pursuit of US government funding and offtake for a vertically integrated US mine-to-metal supply chain for antimony and tungsten. We are excited that there is so much Congressional and U.S. Administration support for AT4’s domestic mine-to-metal critical minerals strategy.”

AT4 was up 2.00% to 5.1¢.

Vection Technologies (ASX: VR1) executed a multi-year framework supply agreement with leading Italian provider of digital services and connectivity infrastructure Retelit Digital Services for the distribution of Vection Group’s proprietary technology portfolio and selected third-party solutions.

“Thanks to this agreement, Vection Technologies positions its technologies at the service of the Retelit Group, which, thanks to its next-generation data centre network and proprietary Backbone, will be able to offer our AI to the thousands of Enterprises in their customer base, guaranteeing data sovereignty across Italian and EMEA territory thanks to the Sparkle network, which recently joined the group,” Vection’s executive director and COO, Jacopo Merli, said.

VR1 was steady at 1.7¢.

Looking wider, the S&P/ASX 200 was lower today, dropping 38.00 points or 0.43% to 8,745.20. The bottom performing stocks werre Vulcan Energy Resources and Silex Systems, down 9.85% and 7.92% respectively. This index is virtually unchanged over the last five days and year to date.

Looking elsewhere, Australian Energy Producers (AEP) says the latest Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Gas Inquiry report has confirmed Australia’s east coast gas market remains well supplied, with stable domestic prices despite volatility in international energy markets.

The ACCC found gas buyers contracted more than double the volume of gas for delivery in 2027 compared with the same period last year, while long-term contract prices remained broadly stable at around $12 to $13 per gigajoule.

The report follows recent independent EnergyQuest analysis showing gas prices paid by Australian domestic customers averaged $10.07/GJ over the 12 months to June 2026, while Australian LNG export prices were more than 50% higher at $15.65/GJ over the same period.

AEP chief executive, Samantha McCulloch, said the report showed the east coast gas market remains well supplied in the near term, while reinforcing the need for investment in new supply to meet future demand.

“The ACCC’s findings show a well-supplied domestic gas market is helping insulate Australian households and businesses from the high gas prices other countries are experiencing,” Ms McCulloch said.
