Little Innoscents has established itself as a premium brand in the organic skincare sector, with its products sold across Chemist Warehouse and Australian Pharmaceutical Industries stores.

Despite COVID-19, sales we up 28 per cent to $682,000 in the 12 months to December 31, 2020.

Wattle Health is in the process of reviewing Little Innoscents’ product range and will add new products and improve current formulation to reflect the growing health and wellness market.

Wattle Health acquired the first 80 per cent of Little Innoscents in February 2018 for $300,000 in cash and $400,000 in scrip.

“The acquisition of Little Innocents further expands the product portfolio of Wattle Health and brings with it an established and extensive distribution network in a positive sales trajectory,” Executive Chairman Lazarus Karasavvidis said at the time.

“With Little Innoscents joining the Wattle Health family, we will be able to leverage our marketing expertise to further grow the brand in both domestic and international markets,” he added.

Shares in Wattle Health have been trading steady at 48.7 cents since February last year.
