On Talk Ya Book today, former AFL star turned capital fund Cerutty Macro Fund portfolio manager Chris Judd interviews James Williamson from Wentworth Williamson.

Mr Williamson talks about “fallen darling” $170 million market cap asset-rich company Fleetwood (ASX:FWD), which has accommodation offerings including contracts with Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) to provide FIFO accommodation services at the Searipple Village in Karratha.

“Fleetwood is (also) a fallen darling from that 2011-2012 sort of time where it’s been lost in the wilderness, so today it’s only 170 million market cap company, it’s got about $45 million of net cash, and it’s got property assets of about $30 million, it’s very asset rich as well,” Mr Williamson said.

He said there were reasons demand for this mining accommodation would pick up. Fleetwood also has a modular buildings division and recreational vehicle (RV) business and last traded at $1.72.
