White Cliff Minerals (ASX:WCN) has wrapped up its fieldwork exploration programs in Canada.

Likely of foremost interest to investors, the company says its geotechs visually confirmed “widespread uranium copper, silver and gold.”

These were surface finds; elsewhere, the company has found evidence substantiating a potential IOCG-style play and copper-gold-silver project respectively.

All in all, a pretty good result from walking around on-site.

The company claims 4 separate IOCG systems were identified; extensive native silver veining, and uranium outcrop. Nearly 200 samples were collected and the company has earmarked future campaigns at the Sloan, Mariner and Doghead targets of interest.

Assays are expected in the coming weeks and months; geophys survey were also conducted with geodata back in two to three weeks.

“I look forward to assay results confirming what our onsite visual assessments have concluded and to the commencement of drilling later this quarter,” WCN MD Troy Whittaker said.

WCN last traded at 1.5cps.
